Spatial Realities Meetup am 12. März im Kölner Startplatz! Wir starten das Jahr mit einem Bestandsaufnahme in Sachen KI-Brillen und schauen auf die bevorstehenden Releases. \n\n\n\nBESCHREIBUNG \n\n\n\nDie neusten Leaks bestätigen: Selbst Apple gibt jetzt in Sachen KI-Gadgets Vollgas! Ganze drei Geräte werden unter Hochdruck entwickelt: Kopfhörer mit Infrarot-Sensor\, eine Art Pin und eine KI-Brille. Noch in diesem Jahr erwarten wir die erste KI-Brille von Samsung auf Android XR. Eventuell bringt HTC die Vive Eagle in andere Länder. Und Snap steht kurz davor ihre erste Consumer-AR-Brille nach langer Zeit auf den Markt zu bringen\, die vollgepackt mit KI ist. Rechts und links launchen die üblichen kleineren Anbieter. Aktuell befinden sich über 60 Modelle auf dem Markt.  \n\n\n\nUns erreichen dazu gute Signale: Metas Smart Glasses\, die sie in Kooperation mit Essilor Luxottica herausbringen\, wurden in 2025 sieben Millionen Mal verkauft. Eine Verdreifachung der Zahlen von 2024. \n\n\n\nWir schauen uns in dieser Ausgabe an\, was eigentlich gerade unterhalb von full-immersive passiert: Von aufgesmarteten Brillen\, über KI-Brillen bis hin zu richtigen AR-Brillen. Und wir versuchen Fragen zu beantworten: Wie lässt sich damit innerhalb der XR-Branche Geld verdienen? In drei konzentrierten Praxisvorträgen zeigen unsere Speaker\, wie digitale Bestands- und Betriebsdaten\, BIM und Extended Reality (XR) heute zusammenwirken – vom effizienten Gebäudebetrieb auf dem Campus bis zu Baukonzepten für lunare Habitate. \n\n\n\nZum Auftakt berichtet Frank Krings (Leiter Liegenschaftsdienste\, Fraunhofer IZB) aus dem Tagesgeschäft eines vollständig digital dokumentierten Standorts: „Digitale Bestandsdaten mit BSCW und BSync: Grundlage für Betrieb und digitalen Zwilling“. Die Demo zeigt einen Gesamtschulneubau in Troisdorf in unterschiedlichen Visualisierungsformen. \n\n\n\nARBridgeToGo – Strukturierte Schadensaufnahme und Verortung am BIM-Modell ist ein Demonstrator des Projekts „Bauwerksprüfung mittels 3D-Bauwerksmodellen und erweiterter/virtueller Realität“. Jahrhundert im Archäologischen Park Āraiši ezerpils in Lettland zu informieren. Durch die Integration von XR und Künstlicher Intelligenz bietet VAARHeT ein immersives und mehrsprachiges Erlebnis.\n\n\n\n\n\nDas Projekt AIXTRA besteht aus zwei Lösungen: Erstens das Autorentool VRBuilder\, mit dem VR-Anwendungen entwickelt können\, die nicht nur Sprachbarrieren mühelos überwinden\, sondern auch KI-gestützte virtuelle Trainingspartner integrieren.
